We, ArtistFirst Technology FZE (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “MakeMySong”), are committed to protect the privacy of the users of MakeMySong (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and therefore, seek to follow the highest standards to secure and protect the information shared by you with us.

This Privacy Policy describes the manner of collection, storage, use and sharing of personal information that is collected by MakeMySong from the Users and the choices and controls available to the Users regarding the information provided to us when you avail the services of MakeMySong for the purpose of hosting, listening, viewing, publishing, transacting, displaying, or uploading content, information or views, through our products, features, technologies, software, and related services provided to you from our platforms, applications, websites, or through any other mode or media (collectively, the “Service”).

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY MAKEMYSONG

In order to provide the Service, MakeMySong collects data via information provided to us by the Users, information collected while browsing or navigating through the Service, information inferred through usage and log data, and information collected from third parties.

a. Information provided to us by the User

MakeMySong collects content, communications, and other information provided by the Users while using the Service, including while creating an account without which MakeMySong will not be able to provide the Service.

Address and Country of the User

Information from third parties – the User may choose to share certain data with MakeMySong from third parties if the User chooses to register with MakeMySong using a third-party service such as Google.

The User may provide additional information for the user profile such as a photograph, and optional additional personal data in order to further personalize the user profile.

b. Information collected during the use of the Service

MakeMySong collects information about how you use our Service such as the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use, the actions you take, the accounts you interact with, the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.

Further, when the User uses our Service, MakeMySong may also collect information relating to the User’s device such as:

Device attributes such as the operating system of the device, the make and model of the device and the browser type.

IP address, connection and speed of the internet, time zone, device signals such as Bluetooth signals, information of nearby Wi-Fi access points.

Information which you allow us to retrieve through permissions, such as GPS location, camera, microphone, photos.

c. Information provided by the User while creating content

MakeMySong may collect and store all the content posted by you on the Service, including but not limited to videos, photographs, sound recordings, musical works embodied therein, comments, and texts.

MakeMySong may collect any personal correspondences such as emails or letters sent by the Users, and any emails or letters sent by third parties/other users regarding your activity or posts.

MakeMySong may collect information, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback(s), modify your content or email preferences, participate in contests, respond to surveys, provide comments, submit forms, or communicate with us. This information may include your name, e-mail id, mobile number, location, etc.

In accordance with the prevailing laws, MakeMySong will only collect and process personal data about you where we have lawful basis, in a fair and transparent manner. Lawful basis includes:

MakeMySong takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data (firewalls, encryption, access controls). However, no system is 100% secure; users must exercise discretion and protect their credentials.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY

The Service is not aimed at children under 18. MakeMySong does not knowingly collect data from minors. If a parent/guardian believes a child has provided information, they should contact us for deletion.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates are effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to updated terms.
